My family and I have been going to EJ since early 2019, and always had great service. Until they hired a new guy to run the front desk last year, now we are having trouble getting calls and texts returned.

If you are local to the South Hills, I would 100% recommend these guys. I have had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for almost 6 years now. I had a headlight go out and thought that it would be a simple fix. Turned out that the previous owner of the vehicle either hired cheap labor or unprofessionally replaced the headlight themselves and totally messed up the wiring in the light. I took the car to two different garages who said that it looked like a rats nest inside the headlight and didn’t want to repair it out of fear of causing a bigger issue. EJ Automotive was recommended to me as a last resort after having no luck finding anybody that was even attempt to repair the light. I can confidently say that this was no problem for EJ Automotive and they were able to fix it. Sure I had to spend more money to correct the mess that was previously created by someone else but it was well worth it considering this will no longer be an issue in the future but will surely save me more money in the long run and prevent other problems. The team at EJ was completely transparent through the process and openly communicated back and forth with me the entire time. I am grateful for what they were able to

Kind people, quick service, fair prices. I had to have both struts replaced on my vehicle and they had OEM parts shipped in and installed in less than 48 hrs. They have a secure key drop off point so you do not need to show up during business hours to leave your vehicle overnight. Waiting room is a bit cramped but worthwhile considering how quick the service can be. Spending money on repairs is never fun but they were knowledgeable and helped make the process as painless as possible.

If you ever need work done on a car I have not found a better place than EJ Automotive. Joe (the owner) and his mother are knowledgeable, very fair pricing (I went to multiple places even dealers and EJ had the best quote), and just good people. We need more businesses like EJ Auto. I will always be a repeat customer with them.

RJ and team were fantastic. Replaced rack seals, upgraded my suspension, powdercoated my wheels and changed all my fluids. Awesome communication throughout the process. So happy to have found these guys for all of my needs. They are my one stop shop for any and all of my car mods and repairs. Not only do they know their stuff but they are very well priced too. Thanks guys. I’ll be back before the next rally.
